Returns & Refund Policy
Returns
You must return your product within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Return Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
- A book that shows obvious signs of use.
- An opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once a return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@zhiyingt.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@zhiyingt.com, and we will guide you through the process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided by us after you contact us at support@zhiyingt.com. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Our Returns & Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. Please review the policy periodically on our website. Your continued use of or access to our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our company is based in China, and we ship from our warehouse in China.
