Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 7-15 business days. However, delivery may be delayed due to high order volumes, adverse weather conditions, or impacts from COVID-19. Additional days may be required for transit. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email at support@zhiyingt.com.

Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping option. Tracking information is emailed the day following shipment, as it typically becomes available 24 hours post-shipment.

Customs and Taxes

We are not liable for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Additional taxes, such as import taxes and customs duties, determined by the product and destination country, may apply.
